ABOUT TOUREZEE Job Order Management System
TEJOS is a B2B TRAVEL mobile app that connects the Demand Side stakeholders like the Travel Agents (TA), Destination / Travel Management Companies (DMC), Corporates DIGITALLY with their Local Supply side like Transporters, Tour Guides and Restaurants.

JOB ORDERs
The Demand Side can electronically generate JOB ORDERs from a finalised ITINERARY or issue an adhoc JOBs on-demand to their regular/preferred or non-regular/non-preferred Transport, Tour Guide and Restaurant booking their services.

JOB Management
Suppliers will receive their JOB ORDERs in their mobile smartphone to “Accept” or “Reject” anytime & anywhere.

Suppliers will be able to RE-CAST their accepted jobs to their contractors both individual and other companies.

RATE Sheets
Suppliers are allowed to maintain STANDARD and PREFERRED Rate Sheets. Any changes to the PREFERRED Rate Sheets will be notified to the Demand Side counterpart who is part of the PREFERRED LIST.

Automatic Invoice
The Suppliers will be required to START, NO SHOW and COMPLETE the jobs in order for the TEJOS system to auto-generate INVOICEs on their behalf for a JOB ORDER (or) all the JOB ORDERs linked to a particular tour package file or itinerary.

WALLET
The Demand & Supply Side will be able to be TOPUP, review, acknowledge and pay to the suppliers executing their JOB ORDERs using the STORED VALUE from the Wallet.

Adhoc or CASH JOBs value will be AUTO deducted from the STORED VALUE from the demand side and transferred to the Suppliers Wallet upon successful JOB Completion & acknowledgement.

Tracking
The MOBILE APP allows the Demand Side to TRACK the JOB ORDER acceptance & execution status, whereby able to take real-time actions with their suppliers.

The Suppliers will be able to view in one-go the day-2-day ACCEPTED JOBs that needs to be handled via the CALENDAR option which are sequenced by time.

Customer Experience Rating
Finally, all JOB ORDERs are offered for service rating to the traveller and to the suppliers handling the execution of the job orders.
